Returns will only be accepted if they are in a resaleable condition and returned within 14 days of receipt.
Books that contain CD-ROMs cannot be returned if the seal is broken. Shipping costs will be at the customers expense.
Damaged books or books received in error must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Shipping costs will be reimbursed by IT Books Online.
